Return Policy

Private Customers 

• Wiz Kids will reimburse  items for up to 14 days from date of reciept of purchase  (מיום הקבלה).
• Books and workbooks need to look brand new, not dog-eared and not written in.
• Games need to have their original cello wrap packaging. If they have been unwrapped, then we cannot take them back.

Institutional Customers – Teachers, Schools and Libraries

• Wizkids may agree to limited returns by an institutional customer on standard stocked items, (no more than 10% of the overall order), as long as they are received within 30 days of the order having been sent out. All items returned must be unused and in resalable condition, in Wizkids' exclusive opinion.
• Customers will be provided a credit note which may be used toward future purchases.
• All special orders are final and are not returnable to Wizkids.
