Eli Games - Verb Draughts

Verb Draughts is a game which is inspired by the classic game of Draughts and can be used by players with varying levels of English.

Learn and revise grammar and verb forms with this fun game for beginners and near beginners in EFL English as a foreign language (CEFR A1-B2).

There are 4 different draught boards to choose from.

Language Objectives
Players move the pieces on the board to try and eliminate their opponent. As they move across the board they practise using the verbs -  in their different forms - along the way:

Present Simple / Present Progressive / Past Simple / Present Perfect

Contents
The game includes 4 draught boards (for different categories of verbs), 30 black pieces and 30 white pieces, 6 cards with subject pronouns, 4 cards with sentence types and 10 cards with verb forms:    Regular Verbs / Irregular Verbs / Stative Verbs

• The instruction booklet contains instructions and suggestions on how to use the game in the classroom or at home with friends.
